Well, there's the delay again of 8 weeks. And wait, there's more... they will announce the first pour once the concrete, etc are in place. Expect further delay.
Meantime, holders are pulling their money and investing elsewhere until a firm pour date is announced.
Hope they accelerate construction when the weather gets better and announce an earlier than expected "inaugural" production. If I remember correctly, the Project Manager is an ex-Leighton guy and he should know how to complete construction "on budget and on time".
