What would the road blocks be ?may be a blocking stake !this is a loose held company with as far as I know there is only 1 substantial share holder
With 27 mill shares .my thoughts are along the line as yours and why would some one partner this project when they could attempt buying the company .bring on the take over action .this could be a good out come as the management move rather slow .
