Interested on thoughts and comments on how Cougar are going to...

Interested on thoughts and comments on how Cougar are going to finance the Kingaroy project, and what sort of budget/costing the management has forecast for the cost of this project. I believe in the company, but after reading the company report I am unsure if they have sufficient capital to see it through. Surely no more shares will be issued, further diluting shareholder value.
