You are not factoring in OEL's far greater cash on hand and the non present need to raise capital.
NDO are much closer to the fire I would expect.
I am comparing NDO/OEL market cap all the time and % of Galoc is the main factor, but need to factor in all the rest.
Potential for OEL to drill at Cinco with BHPP vs nothing with NDO is quite a big difference.
Also tax loss selling in a rising market is going to be brutal on both OEL and NDO.
