My understanding is Andrew was in WA recently with Lawyers to sort out Company Structure and corporate team for new Demerger.
LPI, BRZ and MSB will all be merged and Form solely LPI.
Also from my understanding LPI has appointed a representative in form of a external source to deal with all offtake/finance interest. LPI bang on about constant interest and discussions with potential offtake partners and from my discussions can confirm this to be accurate.
The right deal has to be struck and LPI are in the box seat as demand for our asset is only growing exponentially.
