    announcement on shanghai stock exchange today.

    Jinan approved 100 mill RMB to establish a new company. unfortunately the investment is seems to be more real estate focused and no reference to mining.
    doesn't look like the financing that everyone on hotcopper is waiting for.

    but at least it is good to know that jinan is approving big amounts for projects.
