    No announcement on a placement means what?

    Today was last day remaining shares from November offer could have been placed with istos. Am I correct?

    If so, does this mean the shares haven't been placed because there would have to be an announcement accompanying this?

    What does this mean in terms of financing then? Blind Freddy can see there is no cash left.

    SP tells us they are working on several different options, but I would have thought there would be some news coming out of IDC given the passing of this key date.
