Due diligence 10 years ago? Are you basing your position on that? There has been a mountain of achievements since then ("atrocious inactivity", really), much while the zinc price was depressed. How many new large zinc projects have come online in ten years? More importantly, if you were running things, what would you have done differently?

Regardless of the ten years, which you can dwell on to your heart's content, suggest you focus on where we are now with regard to all approvals in place, zinc supply/demand and financing scenario.

Perhaps you got caught in the commodities boom and hype ten years ago, bought at a high, when realistically there was so many hurdles ahead for this project. They were heady days and many people got burned, but most have been able to move on. Hope you've done well with your other investments.
