Hello pga. You ask "Is there any real intention of finding a new CEO?"

Frankly I doubt it. The finance director is now enjoying his day in the sun, other management staff probably fear for thier jobs should a new ceo be appointed. It is not the job of the non executive Chairman and other the other non exec directors to look for one. So frankly I doubt whether searching for a new CEO is proceeding with the alactrity it should. Of course this is a personal opinion based on past performance of the BOD.
