    The time line is clearly stated in the presentation released today.

    DFS Late December 2013
    Enviro march 2014


    after that
    sales/ offtakes, etc

    construction 2014. I assume that means 4 quarter 2014 as the other things need to happen first.

    I am cool with this, and personally I do not expect a financing announcement for some time. I do expect a raising to fund the next 12 months operations next quarter.
