Your understanding is correct, Mr H. Based on what FAR conveyed last year, there are only three outcomes - we lose, we win or there is an interim settlement. If FAR win, they win the right to be PE. If they decide to pre-empt (not a given), they can onsell part or all of the 35% to a partner of choice, subject to customary government approvals.
