I'm sure they will have the required cash in a second should they win PE.
The whole process was started by FAR to enable their legal right to buy the 35% that COP sold to WPL.
They would look a tad silly should they win and then say ,sorry , we really only wanted to show we were in the right regarding the PE clause and not interested in paying out the money.
