Just went through ARU announcements back to 2009. It looks like its been ready for financing since 2011. I see Gavin wearing a FID 2022 H2 shirt. Does anyone have a view on what has held this business back? I hear Gavin is saying they need a completed FEED. If that is the case would they have understood that for 10 years? Also if they are looking for ECA deal as part of the financing which means a binding offtake... why wouldnt that be sorted that already? Seems like it's been a long conversation on offtake.
