My view, which I've said here before, is most of the potash hopefuls in W.A. won't get funding ticked off until someone (largely KLL or SO4?) can demonstrate these plants can do what they're designed to do. What bank would lend money until its proven the process works on an ongoing, steady state basis.
I appreciate APC have said they will learn from the others mistakes and do things differently. However I don't think MS has said what he'll do differently other than a reliance on bores rather than trenches, which was only a very small part of KLL's problems. He needs to more clearly articulate why APC will be able to commission & operate better than its pears have done.
