However I don't think MS has said what he'll do differently other than a reliance on bores rather than trenches, which was only a very small part of KLL's problems. He needs to more clearly articulate why APC will be able to commission & operate better than its pears have done.

Correct me if I'm wrong but kll or so4 do not have a buffer pond before their pre concentration ponds, that is one substantial difference in how their evaporation process works and to ensure the correct chemistry of the salts. On top of page 4 in latest quarterlty activites reports its all there on the additional testwork that they are doing to ensure they have implemented the correct process and design moving forward. APC have the correct strategy looking for international experts as they hae said and hopefully have secured personnel for commissioning that would be a huge win and another big advantage now the borders is open
