I don't see how you can infer that the Factoring facility is used to the tune of the full ten mil. It's the Purchase Order Line of Credit that has fallen through, the factoring arrangement won't pay on PO's only AR's. The goods have to be made before they can become AR's therein lies the problem. Without the PO/LC the delivery chain grinds to a halt.
The 08/08/08 operational update did state that the co was set for a financial year loss of 3.4 mil. The good news though was the reiteration that the co was still on track to make the calendar year sales target of 20 mil. What this translates to on the bottom line is of course still the 64 thousand dollar question? I suspect all the financing arrangements will adversely affect the bottom line. I'm still hoping for a profit, perhaps not an amazing one but the first profit is always cause for celebration.
