Livas1 - do you believe that BRT is manufacturing toys based on solid orders or do you believe they are manufacturing based on possible orders with some stockpiling occuring?

Is it also normally the case that the manufacturer gets paid immediately on receival of the manufactured products by BRT? However, BRT would normally have to wait for approx. 60 days for payment by the purchasers (unless of course they have finance agreements in place)?

Little bit confused why, let's say Target orders $5mill worth of Marshmallow Blasters, BRT invoices them and then gets them manufactured in China. Because BRT have the factoring facility, Benefactor LLC pays BRT due to their agreement, BRT pass on the money to the manufacturer, BRT receive the products and pass them onto Target and then Benefactor waits for their money from Target.

Are the problems primarily with 1) BRT not being able to invoice until Target receives their products, and 2) BRT will not receive the manufactured goods until the manufacturer has been paid (which obviously becomes a technical problem with the contract with Benefactor LLC)?
