Re BR on other forum. For what its worth the wording imo is a result of negotiations with dpi, given that to get 20mill you have to spend 20mill first on cdp. Thats the way I read it anyway, rose coloured glasses maybe but it makes perfect sense given the situation at present. However there is devil in the detail no doubt, no harm in looking for it.
