molly that isn't what my friend mentioned - he's grabbing both a norwood and the subiaco strand development. I'll check with him. Alot more comfortable if they're unconditional and enforceable, but from what he said it seemed that only your deposit was at risk, if all hell broke loose and you cut your losses.
