I see that 20% holder Singapore’s Chuan Hup has announced in SGX that it will lend A$25m to FRI. Interest rate is 3-4% pa I calculate.
FRI seems to be a very good developer of city mixed use developments. I hope it moves on to more WA cities and does deals with city governments.
