Based on findings of wrongly dismissal of John Heugh, I personally doubt that insurance will cover this 1.6 million compensation sum.
In addition, CTP also has to find slightly over AU$20 million for the JV arranegments soon. So in total, will CTP be rattling the tin (Capital Raising) to the tune of some AU$25 million at the expence of its share holders yet again.
No wonder the Central Share price has tanked, just another day of exposure for a CTP shareholder.
