They have run out of cash and

1)need a capital raising .. rumored to be as much as $18m at 1c (hah) a share or

2) the banks are waiting to put in an adminstrator based on that


Positive

They have a joint venture of major scale on iron ore/copper? that is being finalised.

They have some really good exploration hits that need to go through the lab (I just made that one up but its about as logical).
