This is how i see it , and i might be wrong. They (whoever is running this co) are still hanging out for a reasonable price to have a CR , as time passes punters get restless and dump the stock and SP gets lower.
It is too long since their last announcement for my liking and also galah , opened my eyes on who actually behind the helm here . That last one completely shot my confidence to bits.
