I am searching for safe and high dividend paying stocks to invest the proceeds of a house sale.
I am certain some of you have done that work before and may have found some nuggets.
I lean towards preference shares and converting preference shares and these are not so easy to reseach without reading a whole lot of info.
Maybe somebody has a good list of these type of shares.
In addition to the general "safety" criteria the dividend must be 100% franked.
I am not a newby, but this is not my normal portfolio range and maybe your response may be of interest to others as well as myself.
