Just got an email from the BLM. (I send an email a few weeks back asking for an update)

here's what the BLM project manager replied.

The Finding of No Significant Impact and Decision Record for the Hatch Point Potash Exploration Project was signed today. The environmental assessment, FONSI and Decision are posted on the Utah BLM's Electronic Notification Bulletin Board at this link: https://www.blm.gov/ut/enbb/index.php


Once K2O posts their bond and signs the permit stipulations, then the BLM will issue the permits.
