Find time for a long solitary walk through nature, a park, the countryside, the bush, the mountain.
It is so hard, and somewhat frightening, to be truly alone in this age of connection; a long walk in nature without a smartphone or tablet might be one way to attempt this. Feel the rapture and ecstasy when alone in nature. Contact with #nature is critical to the personal development of our children (David #Attenborough).
Climb the Mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into the trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves (John Muir).
