As long as OGC keeps delivering production into the hedges, there should be no problems. Having said that, it appears the banks mandated OGC to take on new hedges in Dec08 - why would they do that, unless they thought their bank loans were at risk?
Also agreed re the notes, but they aren't really in a position to find the cash to buy the notes at present, would be great if they could.
