Non - disclosure cannot be decided by a public company. They may have an agreement in place that does not require our new investors to disclose to the company when they are going to sell or how many they wish to sell .... or buy for that matter .... but it is mandatory for substantial shareholders to declare a change in holding to the ASX within 7 days .... thus we would all know now whether they were disposing of their investments.
This morning between 10 and 11am, an iceberg purchase was placed at $1.04 and captured over 120,000 shares at around 200 trades that were thrown at it until the seller woke up to it .... the iceberg was removed, but support has still been obvious around $1.04
