Sorry guys .... The share price has been trashed from $2 through the sale of couple of million shares in a pretty crude "sell at any price" fashion to instil fear into holders .... That is not enough shares to have benefited the new investors because of the overall number they have bought .... As a matter of fact, it has lowered their capital substantially and reduced their capacity to borrow.

This is not the work of the institutions and can actually be achieved fairly easily by someone holding only a couple of hundred thousand shares by simply buying and selling continuously at a few cents difference in price. This gives the illusion of millions being sold down.

Major shareholders have thus far ignored the activity on market, but don't be surprised if active buying starts before further drops as selling has been done on very low turnover. The price cannot really go much lower than this because the reality is that it is now at a pre-consolidation price of 4 cents which means that it is basically worthless. This is clearly not the value of a company entering the clinic with ground-breaking technology
