    bigplane,

I asked amongst friends , one a liquidator and one a lawyer.

    The system works like this.

Judgments handed down are in the public domain and can be seen on the Supreme Court website.

    The APG/AZC matter has a file number.WASC 166
All documentation after the recent directions hearing are stored at that number and only accessible with a lawyers secret login code. Only they will be able to see the Court timetable.
The court is very keen on mediation:- http://www.aija.org.au/TherapJurisp06/Papers/Boyle&Eldred.pdf
There appear to be benefits all round from mediation but as to actual deadline dates for "discovery" and submission of argument we will never know.
Things would appear to be going ahead at a reasonable pace and I do note from the first matter handed down by Corboy J that it would be soon.

I wonder which is fastest; APG time or Legal time ?

Until this matter is resolved I suggest we all chill out !!
