merv - true enough although it could be some poor bugger who got a mill at 19c or 39c and has been sitting around getting old and poorer waiting for something to happen and decided to average down
either way its a portent of something - who knows the poor bugger might be back with another order for a mill at half a cent in a couple of months if things dont work out?
your research and optimism should not be denied and needs to be rewarded, and soon...
