I think it will take more than 1 announcement to push it back to the 30 cent level. News is coming in dribs and drabs, so I would be really surprised if the so-called big one was coming. It think it will just be several solid announcements over the next 6 months or so, rather than one big one.
As for takeover, can't see it personally. Not enough resources for the big boys yet.
