Greetings AJL shareholders!... lets do a bit more than 'fingers crossed' As you are aware Nov11 is our AGM which is being held on line. I urge those who have questions of substance to lodge them in advance. I believe that our New Chairman of 12 months will need to show that he isnt just another Kerogen Puppet. I think he needs to show some ticker and address the extortionist interest rate (18 %) that our 65% Shareholder is paid for its loan funds to AJL
. I suspect this matter is under review and if addressed along with the tail winds behind the drilling business (look at those metallurgical coal prices) and potential Lazarus moment in UK shale (see sky rocket under energy market (particularly gas) in greater Europe) the AJL shareprice might see a turbo charged change of fortune...
To this end I dont plan to sit by.... more.. I will be writing to Ivor Orchard/Jason Cheng of Kerogen in advance of the AGM asking for clarification of their plans particularly on the debt side. I will be asking that their board representative Julian Bell articulate this to us at the AGM.
I encourage anyone who would like to contribute to my Kerogen letter to reply to this with input!
