Yep, unfortunately. They only had about ~1 month worth of funds left as at 31st July, and specified they would raise additional cash via a placement, which hasn't occurred yet. They would be running on fumes by now.
I wouldn't think anyone would be stupid enough to participate in a raise. Then again, they've been operating for a few years now with investor's money with nothing to show for it, so I could be wrong.
