I have been thinking about the farmers issue a bit lately and came to the conclusion that may not be only motivated by the desire to preserve prime agricultural land for the future but also coal which is an exhaustible resource that can even be used to produce gasoline.

In this regard the land issue will also help in putting a floor on existing prices as it will be difficult for new entrants to come in. So, if it becomes difficult for new entrants to come in then the value of existing ones must be going up.

The question in my mind is: in which category does Bandana fall?
