I have my doubts about "5G is killing the competition and the break up of TLS will release the shackles for growth and get the GOVT of it's back". The NBN will not just quietly settle for less. But the break-up of TLS may indeed be the only way for the company to get any relief from relentless Gov. interference ..... Still seems that the rules may / will be changed as required.
