The Operator will invoke 'Force Majeure'......imo... over the SNE development...... this will NOT really help FAR..... imo,,,, as lenders will run (if they have not already)....from a project with uncertain development timing.... so you 'may' be left with $140m cash ..... which = 1.4c per share.....maybe..imo.
i say 'maybe'.... as those that participated in the CR... well some of them... may litigate to get their money back..... on the basis they were 'misled'.... by assurances the project debt finance was 'binding'......then an Admin will need be appointed?
High risk punters may see an opportunity around 1c....I may be one of them.....but whooaaaa not for the faint hearted!!
