Almost still a few more issues to be resolved but its as good as you can get without being final.

Security would be mine. Just like borrowing on your house. Pretty much the same. They have equity & are borrowing the rest to get the mine up & running

The conditions will be very detailed & thats what we pay management for as we wont know & probably don't want to.
