Reading way to much into things Good Oil!
You could also say it was timed around the spud of Lambouka....makes sense as that is a time in which people would be interested in what the company is and what the lambouka target is about.
There is good chance they were approached my a media outlet to comment (on the bp spill) given they are experts in the field of offshore drilling and the company they run has an offshore drill about spud.
Too many conspiracy/drama being dreamt up around here.
