the deal with Finlays was done in 2009...and given MDV wants to enter into a 10yr service agreement with Srilanka??
we need to dig deeper and question this holders!
surely Finlays would have entered into some sort of long term deal with the CEA and ministry of health??

Colombo, Jan. 8 2009 -- Finlay Rentokil (Ceylon) Ltd introduceintroduce an environmentally friendly clinical waste disposal service, "Sterifirst" which is a total solution to the effective, safe disposal of all types of clinical waste.
