    Apparently, a director sits on both the boards of DOU and Openpay (OPY). That could be the merger as Openpay doesn't have a US presence yet and is busy expanding in the UK.
    We'll find out soon enough. Also, OPY is listing on the MCSI global index as of Monday 30 Nov. I don't hold DOU but I do hold OPY.
