It gives some ideas on the processes to shape applications for banking apps and some of his comments cover Peppermint.
Makes me thinking how much power an App has to be utilised by the maximum number of users just by how it appears and how it is used.
I think Peppermint needs partnerships and then secondly a very good App to keep customers.
Anyway, have a look if of interest. I thought I share this.
