It’s definitely difficult to interpret. I can't figure out what needs to transpire for the conversion price to equal hk$0.10, and consequently Customers Asia to acquire 56% of Fintronics. But as it currently stands, the deal specifies a conversion price, for the loan, at hk$0.26. This will result in Customers acquiring 28% of Fintronics.
