writer, the problem stems from the fact that the old guard didn't want to relinquish control when CUS Asia took a stake. This has led to some differences of opinion at board level. I believe the CUS crew have been driving the growth, but the old board, led by the chairman is still frustrating the situation. Scanlon's departure from the register in exchange for CUS shares was a move to tell the old board that they were on their own if they continued to play silly buggers. This happened about the same time as Fintronics made a placement. I am piecing this together from anacdotal evidence only so I might be quite wrong!!. However, what I do know is that Fintronics went from being a darling into a dog at about the same time as the placement was done and scanlon cashed in his cus asia chips in exchange for CUS shares....go figure.
