    Link to Finzsoft takeover offer at $3 a share.  Finzsoft 65% holder has formed joint venture with  Malaysian company, Silverlake , Silverlake HGH.  Dividend of 14 cents declared and current SP of $3.26  so RFL holding valued at 1,659,960 x 3.40 is $5.6M  on a book value of $1M . With RFL's 19% stake and related party offer you would think Rubic management have a fair amount of leverage to educe a higher offer.  We could speculate given the market cap of Silverlake as a 51% partner of Silverlake HGH they may have plans for Rubic given it's current SP.
