Not exactly true. GBG will get *half* the profits from KML regardless of Ansteel being a shareholder. If they use this money for development of GBG owned projects it won't be issued to Ansteel in any way. I am sure Ansteel, as a major shareholder, would want GBG to develop their own projects anyway.
