Yes, I know that is what they said, but they also said they needed FIRB approvals first.
Maybe the approvals were a certainty, and so they don't need to announce them to the market? (Otherwise, it would seem a bit presumptuous to say when the buyback would begin if the approvals were in doubt.)
That is probably it. I guess the approvals are in the bag.
