At a directions hearing in the Supreme Court of News South Wales on Thursday, 17 November, 2011:
the asset restraining orders against Mr Xiao, Mr Zhu and Ms Hu were extended by consent and without admission to 23 March 2011
the asset restraining orders against Ms Chen were limited to three trading accounts, and extended by consent and without admission to 23 March 2011;
the travel restraint orders against Mr Xiao were extended by consent and without admissions to 23 March 2011 subject to an exception allowing Mr Xiao to make a short trip to China conditional on Mr Xiao's wife surrendering her passport until Mr Xiao returns
the travel restraint orders against Mr Zhu were extended by consent and without admissions to 23 March 2011 subject to an exception allowing Mr Zhu to make a short trips overseas conditional on providing ASIC 7 days notice of any proposed travel and Mr Zhu's wife surrendering her passport until Mr Zhu returns.
