I admire your persistence you obviously believe ..the squeaky wheel gets the grease..however I doubt ASIC will be of any help at all .As for the NAIF loan japaneese companies seem to be able to access very cheap loans and could possibly just pay it out .
my concern is the share valuation should be checked by a truly independent body it seems far too low .The battery is earning well and pumped hydro largely derisked and close to energisation ( snowy 2 must be envious)
IMO a failed takeover with a large on going Jpower shareholding still on the ASX would be a good outcome for all shareholders
hopefully some of our major shareholders come to the same conclusion
