this was no Micky mouse company, this was the 3rd biggest diversified mining company in Australia. who's CEO bragged about how much in great shape they were... is it really FIRB or the govt fault OZL are stone broke. I don't see RIO or bhp stone broke, sure Rio may sell quiet a few shares to who ever, to raise some money to pay down debt, but I can't see them going to the wall.
